Heating, Venting, and Air Conditioning (HVAC)

Energy conservation is a high priority within the City of Austin, therefore PEC maintains minimum levels of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and lighting during move-in and move-out of exhibits regardless of the space used.

The set point of the facility for air comfort is seventy-two (72) degrees during summer months and seventy (70) degrees during the winter months.

The Client is assessed a utility charge for special lighting and comfort level requirements during move-in, show and move-out.
