Balloons
Helium balloons are not recommended and require prior written approval by the PEC. Charges to retrieve helium balloons or removal of tanks are billed to the Client at the prevailing rate. Helium tanks must be secured to safety cart or permanent object in up-right position with valve safety covers in place except when in use. Tanks must be removed at the end of the event.
